This notice has been prepared by B&S PARTNERS (the "Firm") to inform you about the processing of your personal data within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by B&S PARTNERS in its capacity as data controller, for the purposes set out below.

2. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

The categories of personal data processed are as follows:

• Identity Data: Name, surname, Turkish ID number
• Contact Data: Telephone number, email address, postal address
• Legal Process Data: Case file information, legal correspondence
• Digital Data: IP address, cookie data, visit data

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred — within the framework of legal obligations — to courts, enforcement offices and other competent public authorities. Beyond this, your data is not transferred to third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purposes of processing and for the statutes of limitations stipulated under applicable legislation.

6. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• To request information if it has been processed
• To learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad
• To request correction of personal data that has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Law
• To object to a result that arises against you from the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems
• To request compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data
