1. Domestic Producer Complaint Applications
We provide consultancy to domestic producers regarding anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard investigations before the Turkish Ministry of Trade — including applications, technical calculations and analyses, preparation of questionnaires, formulation of foreign-trade strategies tailored to the investigation, and other regulatory aspects.
In our work for domestic producers, we identify the most effective arguments for the relevant industry or company so that the producer’s interests are defended at the highest level.
In this framework, the following services are provided to ensure all stages of an anti-dumping, countervailing or safeguard application are carried out in compliance with WTO Agreements and applicable international rules:
- Collecting company / company group data,
- Reviewing and analyzing the data,
- Preparing the application,
- Filing it with the Turkish Ministry of Trade,
- Monitoring and managing the investigation,
- Handling all proceedings up to the imposition of duties (approximately 9–12 months).
